Gov. Doug Burgum today announced guidelines for large gatherings, banquets, ballrooms and event venues as part of the ND Smart Restart plan, while also outlining the plan as a phased approach to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) is now accepting certifications from qualified applicants. The PEUC program provides a 13-week extension of benefits to Unemployment Insurance claimants who have exhausted a regular current claim.

BISMARCK, N.D. – On May 19, the medical marijuana dispensary located in Fargo is expected to re-open under the new name of Pure Dakota Health. The dispensary will remain in the same location as the previous dispensary, Botanist, at 4302 13^th Avenue South.
