Testing & Care

For questions related to COVID-19, the public can call the NDDoH public health hotline at 1-866-207-2880 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Monday through Friday (holidays may affect these times). If you need your Test Results, please go to the Test Results site to find out how to access your results. Individuals who need medical advice should contact their health care provider.

The state laboratory does not process tests on Sundays. Tests received at the lab Friday evening and Saturday may not be resulted until late Monday afternoon or Tuesday.

As of January 19, 2022, you can order free at-home tests online at COVIDTests.gov. Four tests per family will be mailed to you.

Home testing results are not reportable to the North Dakota Department Health. If you test positive at home, please self-isolate and notify household and other close contacts. For further assistance, you can contact the hotline. Information about isolation can be found here.
